Make payment within 24 hours of availability confirmation. Failure to do so may result in the item being sold to the next customer.

Return & Exchange Policy;

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Sale items and services like outfit selection or decluttering are nonexchangeable.
2. Exchange Process:

• Once approved, you’ ll receive instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.
• The cost of return shipping for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Store Credit:
• If you’re unable to find an item for exchange, we offer store credit equal to the value of your original purchase, which can be used for future orders.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
• Items returned for exchange must be in the same condition as received. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the exchange eligibility.
